Great but passbook isnt working

Great to have electronic ticket support where I can use nothing but my phone. My two problems are:
1. The "add to passbook" feature isnt working. It gives the following error on a valid ticket "pass error: the pass cannot be read because it isnt valid".
2. American Express isnt supported
