Easy to use ! Excellent ! It would be nice if we can buy many tickets in diferents days at the same time.

Application does the job but the setup process takes too much time and is boring. Also you cannot register your credit card in the template. This said, you can buy your ticket from your phone.

Easy to use ! Excellent !

In theory a good idea. However, the English version does not work (crashes when buying a ticket, links not working). And to switch over my whole iPhone to Russian just for this app is maybe a bit too much.

To by a ticket is not possible.The Andoid version works perfectly. 5 stars !!! Even for the english version.

Impossible to buy tickets on iphone5 iOS7. Not really useful for now.

Great to have electronic ticket support where I can use nothing but my phone. My two problems are: 1. The "add to passbook" feature isnt working. It gives the following error on a valid ticket "pass error: the pass cannot be read because it isnt valid". 2. American Express isnt supported

Ive downloaded the app because the website promo said it would be a discount of 50RUB if buy via the mobile app. The price however was 400RUB (exactly the same as if i would buy the one-way ticket online). However, Ive tryed. Entered my bank card details and the system started to hang with such message wait, there is a data processing process. Ive waited. A lot. No progress. No ticket. Not sure if I would be charged.

Bought two roundtrip tickets from airport to city, worked perfectly, integrated to passbook with no problems.

If you want to buy a ticket you have to make many steps at many different screens. I think the app has to be reviewed by usability specialist.

I had to take one star off for the bad English. Otherwise it’s fine and support is also adequate.

Причем здесь паспортные данные при покупке билета на аэроэкспресс?!.. Это идиотизм, при всём уважении к гениям из Министерства транспорта. Может ещё в метро паспорт предъявлять начнем?

The 3.3 release is displaying an error in Buy Tickets section. The app stopped working.

It was a time with discounts, but now the price is equals regular prices.

Приложение не работает! В приложении был приобретён билет (заказ 14001267), билет пришёл на почту, в личном кабинете приложения билет не отображается. Телефон службы поддержки не работает.

Other options are cumbersome. So this finally makes the app convenient

I have used this app a number of times with little to complain about. It is very easy to use, especially if you pay with money from your phone (Beeline, MTS, Megaphone...). You do need your phone with you if you are using an ipad or tablet, in order to "reply with" the 1-digit code number they send you. You will get your ticket instantly after sending the code.

Новая версия мне нравится, особенно приятная скидка на билеты. Не хватает возможности сохранять карты для оплаты или интеграции с applepay.

Для чего нужно мучить человека вопросами о паспортных данных когда запрлнять ФИО для покупки билета??? Кто будет его проверять??? Паспорта бывают разные и не у всех есть 10-значные номера с серией!!! Разработчики ваши двоишники! Оплата с мобильного счета почему то не прошла - не хватает средств! А у меня там полторы тыс. руб. В общем, поезд ушел.

The e-tickets are significantly cheaper and save time since you can avoid the lines. It's weird that you have to enter your name and passport since you don't when buying a paper ticket.

Good app but don't you want to add Apple Pay option? 2017 is here already, come on, save our time.

Задолбали везде требовать паспорт.

+1. Можно купить билет уже сидя в поезде - удобно, если опаздываешь на самолет. +2. Дешевле чем в терминале -3. Иногда тупит оплата

Приложение работает отвратительно. Постоянно вылетает боковое меню и сбрасывает всё в начало. Приходится заново заполнять все поля.

Не удобно каждый раз вводить банковскую карту!!! Сделайте оплату через Apple Pay. И ужасно не удобно вводить все свои паспортные данные, я ведь не билет на поезд покупаю! Бред какой то!! Единственное что действительно удобно это добавление билета в Wallet.

Вводить полные паспортные данные это бред ! При том что на сайте этого делать не надо . Тотальный контроль ! Обойдёмся без вашего приложения .

Ну вот сколько миллиграмм ума надо иметь промоутерам что бы допустить самый элементарный ляп? Наверно ума нет вообще, но есть жажда сделать все по-Европейски. В двух словах: Вы пользуетесь сервисом не один год. Да, согласен, цена меняется. Зная эту тенденцию, конечно Вы перед отъездом проверяете цены. Как? Конечно не звонком - в Москве нет такого сервиса, что бы с заказчиком вели разговоры... Значит Вы идете на сайт. На сайте четко видна цена 340 рублей. Идете в приложение - цена 340. Теперь десерт: Подойдя к кассе видим 400! Логичный вопрос почему? Все ничего... но, установите баннер "купи онлайн и сэкономь 20%", установите в айфоне сравнительную таблицу цен - вот тут мы до запада не дотянули с нашими микро мозгами. Мечтаю выдать этому креативщику зарплату: что бы он пришел ко мне а там на 20% было меньше! А чего... Он же облажался - надо было по-Западному "онлайн расчет"... А этот умник за живыми деньгами пришел. Жалоба оставлена у менеджера на Белорусской - дата 28 августа. Обязательно хочу увидеть комментарии.

A very useful application. Shows the train schedule, airports timetables, works with passbook. Очень полезное приложение. Показывает расписание поездов, табло аэропортов, работает с passbook. Билеты можно не распечатывать, а сканировать с экрана телефона.

Another useless app!

Не смог купить билет с карты Сбербанка. После заполнения формы покупки приложение не отвечало в режиме оплаты 5 минут.

Добрый день, очень удобное приложение. Но на бета версии iOS 7 вылетает при попытке покупки билета. Надеюсь к осени (официальному релизу операционки) приложение будет обновлено в этом плане.

Все под рукой - расписание и быстрая покупка билетов

После последнего обновления программа стала вылетать у меня через 30 секунд после запуска, а у мужа даже не успевает загрузиться. Исправьте! А вообще, приложение полезное.

Как только указываешь кол-во билетов, аппликация закрывается . Несколько раз пробовал

Без конца выдает ошибку и не позволяет купить билет.

Но сделайте поддержку passbook, лишним не будет
